The advisory board of Andersson Partners AS will contribute external perspectives on the business, as well as provide advice on operational and strategic issues – for the benefit of our customers and ourselves.

Tone is Director of Sustainability and Social Impact at Deloitte. She has extensive management experience from competence-heavy, international companies. In addition to sustainability, Tone has solid expertise in marketing and branding, communication and sales, including from Wikborg Rein Law Firm and a number of roles in the Storebrand Group. She leads the sustainability leaders’ network in Bjørvikaforeningen and in Skift – the business community’s climate leaders. In addition, she sits on the board of Sponsor- og Eventforeningen, on the election committee of Bjørvikaforeningen and is a member of the board of the board network of Polyteknisk Forening. Tone is also privately involved in several board positions.
Tone holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Monash University in Melbourne. She also has further education from BI and participated in SHE Leads Top Leadership Program. She is a certified diversity leader and has completed NHH’s Executive Board Program and ESG for Boards under the auspices of DNV / FutureBoards.
Sofie is a psychologist and senior advisor at the Agency for Public Management and Financial Control (DFØ). She has previously worked for several years in the private sector as a consultant in behavioral science, organizational development, process management, psychometrics and service design. In addition, Sofie has been a guest on various podcasts and given lectures on the use of behavioral science in everything from sustainability work to service and product development. In her current position, Sofie works with leadership development in government agencies, through leadership programs, e-learning and professional sites for the use of the approximately 10,000 managers in the state tariff area.
Sofie sits on the board of the Behavioral Science Association, which organizes conferences on the use of behavioral science in business. Her previous board experience includes finance manager and chair of the board of Blindern Studenterhjem during her studies. Sofie has a degree in psychology from the University of Oslo, with an exchange at the University of Toronto.
Tina is responsible for our commercial and strategic choices – and acts as an advisor to our key customers. She has in-depth knowledge of the business community in the Nordic region, and has a relevant network of contacts in banking and finance.
She most recently worked as CFO in Vow ASA, a listed company within renewable technology. Tina has broad experience from the financial sector and corporate governance, and has previously held positions in analysis, investment and auditing. Prior to joining Vow, Tina worked several years in DNB – both in DNB Markets Investment Banking focusing on the debt capital markets, and in DNB Corporate Banking within the energy and ocean industry. She also has experience from auditing in KPMG.
Tina holds a master’s degree in financial management from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), is an Authorized Financial Analyst (AFA) with CEFA certification – and in June 2025 completed the INSEAD Aspiring Directors Programme in Singapore. She has previously studied at the University of Queensland in Australia. Over the course of her career and studies, Tina has gained solid knowledge in financial analysis, capital markets and corporate governance.
Henrik is the CEO and owner of Andersson Partners AS. He is highly operational, solving recruitment assignments from senior management to specialist level in administration, technology and finance – and is a trusted advisor to key people in business. Henrik is committed to living the company’s core values, which are illustrated by the three pillars in our logo: customer focus, relationship and professionalism.
He has significant experience as a partner and key account manager in the recruitment industry, as well as holding the position of recruitment manager at Storebrand. Henrik is a trained economist, with further education in HR and project management from BI Norwegian Business School. He is a DNV-certified recruiter and an experienced user of a number of different testing tools, including Aon. Henrik is frequently used as a job and career expert in Aftenposten, Dine Penger, E24, Finansavisen, VG and by BI Norwegian Business School.
