Andersson Partners AS focuses on delivering first-class recruitment services to our customers. The company was established in 2024 by Henrik Andersson, longtime partner and key account manager in the recruitment industry, as well as former recruitment manager at Storebrand.

Henrik is General Manager of Andersson Partners AS. He is highly operational, solving recruitment assignments from senior management to specialist level – and is a trusted advisor to key people in business. Henrik is committed to living the company’s core values, which are illustrated by the three pillars in our logo: customer focus, relationship and professionalism.
He has significant experience as a partner and key account manager in the recruitment industry, and held the position of recruitment manager at Storebrand. Henrik is a trained economist, with further education in HR and project management from BI Norwegian Business School. He is a DNV certified recruiter, and is frequently used as a job and career expert in Aftenposten, Dine Penger, E24, Finansavisen, VG and by BI Norwegian Business School and HR Norway.
Henrik is the sole owner and founder of Andersson Partners AS and the parent company Andersson Partners Holding AS – where he holds the role of board member.
Else-Christine
Office manager
Else-Kristin is our office manager, who ensures that all our customers and candidates receive first-class service and follow-up in contact with Andersson Partners AS. She is a trained teacher in health and early childhood education, and has additional training in special and guidance pedagogy. Else-Kristin worked for a number of years as a contact teacher in Oslo schools before joining us.

Formal competence:
As a minimum, you must hold a master’s degree with good results. Specialization in finance, psychology or technological subjects is particularly emphasized.
